Some of these cops must realize this is wrong, but giving up your job for ethics would be pretty difficult.
Videos like this should deter good people from the police force, but attract meatheads. So the force will probably only get more brutal. Hopefully Jackson doesn't inherit too much of his father's ability to antagonize authorities.
