Ellie Jane; 6 Months Old

Ellie had her halfy birthday Sunday! It seems like it is going by so much faster this time. Last babies help you appreciate everything a little bit more. I find myself snuggling a little longer, and smiling even when she's crying.

I'm also not worried about milestones this time. She'll crawl, cruise and walk soon enough, I'm enjoying my immobile baby for now!

We haven't had a 6 month appointment yet, but I think she's around 16lbs, I have no idea how tall, but she's very similar in size and shape to her big brother at this age. She is wearing 6 month clothing, and I am so enjoying dressing a little girl up this time around.

Ellie belly also has 5 teeth! All the better for biting mommy with (owch!). It is so strange to me, Jackson didn't sprout his first tooth until 7 months.

She is sitting like a boss, but has no interest in crawling or moving really yet. She does love to stand though! Her favorite toys, anything she can chew on : )

She's eating a bunch of different foods, and so far hasn't really disliked anything. She really loves sweet potatos, bananas, plain toast, and Mum Mums.
