Elody Jane: 10 weeks
Baby girl;
At 10 weeks old, you are 13lbs and 22 inches. This is why we call you Ellie belly, or smelly jelly Ellie belly. You love to eat, sleep, and smile at your big brother. Recently, you've taken a liking to toys with faces on them, smiling and cooing, as if you're having a conversation. You are a great sleeper at night, and for most naps, but you've started to fight them sometimes. We're working on rolling over, but you are more interested in sucking your hands than anything else. You're getting good at lifting your head up to take in the world, or at least the living room. I can't believe you are already 2.5 months, you'll be eating real food, crawling around and stealing toys from your big big brother in no time!

Things I Don't Want to Forget
The pure love we have for our siblings.
Jackson;
When you want something, you say "I wait!" just so we know that you really already waited patiently and you want it NOW!
When you are swinging, you say "I fly!"
Your night night routine "Ni Night, fuvvy" (Love you)
When you hear Ellie wake up through the baby monitor "Ellie cry!"
Possibly the most precious of all, anytime you hear or see other children playing, you say "Freinds!" I'm scared for the day you encounter a child that isn't as kind as friendly as you are.
Ellie;
Your night time grunts, although they wake us, it's a part of baby hood that we can't get back.
They way you smile while you are eating, an ear to ear grin. As if to say "Thank-you momma"
The first smiles and coos. You can only have one first smile.
